    A missing word needed

    Hi,

"Listening to good music can ____ your soul."

What verb would you insert in here?

    Thank you!

The first word that comes to mind is soothe.

    (Right Dave)?

It is so common as to be a cliche. A less common contender might be heal.

    Re: A missing word needed

"Solace" is almost always used as a noun, very rarely as a verb. I would be very surprised if anyone used "solace your soul". It's not grammatically incorrect but it's so rare that most people would assume it was an error.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
