    Please check.

    It's already for two days swearing and shouting have been coming from their house.

    Is the tense correct?

    Swearing and shouting have been coming/emanating from their house for two days [already].
    It's [already] been two days since swearing and shouting started coming from their house.

    Can't I skip "started" and say only "coming from..."? or "were coming from...?"
