Smile Is "....the organization provided services for..." correct?? :)

Hello, this is the first time I ask question here :)

I'm not sure if these two sentences are both correct:

    1) I had worked in ABC company provided services for persons with mental handicap.
    2) I had worked in ABC company providing services for persons with mental handicap.

    Also, do they mean:
    1) I had worked in ABC company which provided services for persons with mental handicap (??)
    2) I had worked in ABC company which was providing services for persons with mental handicap (??)

So, are they both correct? Which one is more native? And did I extend the sentences right?
    Thanks for answering! ^^

Welcome to the forums, woody. Why are you using "had", do you mean that you used to work for the ABC company?

Try this "From x (date) to y (date) I worked for ABC, a company that provides services for persons with mental handicap."

This may be an AmE/BrE difference, but in AmE we would usually say "handicaps".

I can't say for sure, but I have a feeling that it's no longer PC (politically correct) to say "mentally handicapped" or any similar phrase.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
