    not have/doesn't have

He a brother. (not / have) answer is (does not have, doesn’t have)
in this sentence why I cannot say
    He have not a brother
Or he does not has a brother ?
I think there is two ways to infinitive the sentence have not and does not have am I right ?
And there is another question what is the difference between can not and connot when I can use both of them ?

    Re: not have/doesn't have

"I think there are two ways to form the verb (it is not an infinitive); am I right?"

Well you are right about the two ways, but both of your attempts are unnatural.

He does not have a brother.
    He has no brother.

In fact, there are more but less common ways.
