    Having someone willing to prevent

Hello teachers, is this sentence below OK?

Having someone willing to prevent something wrong happening is a must.

    Thank you!

I wanted to say that we need someone willing to stop bad things from happening in the organization.

I think just about anybody would be "willing" to prevent bad things. The issue is about the person being "capable". I think I would focus on the positive rather than on preventing the negative. If the issue is about excellent client service, I would focus on that.
