    Here "olive" functions as a modifier of "brown". Similar patterns:

    light brown
    dark green
    creamy yellow
    etc

    The head of the phrase is "brown", so this would normally be regarded as the "predicate adjective".

    I suggest that we encourage the poster to attempt to answer the question on his/her own before handing the answer on a silver platter.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
