    "It is as such"

    Hi,

    When someone just explains to you what happens and you are sort of suprised about what you hear. And in the meantime you show him you get what he says, so you say,

    "Oh! It is as such!"
    "Oh! Such as it is!"
    "So it is."
    I heard people say the three above but I am not sure whether they are native speakers or not.
    Are those natural? What would you say then?

    The first two don't sound natural. The third is possible, but if you want to express some surprise or disbelief, then Is that so? might work better.

    So after that person asks "Is that so?"
    What do I say to reply? "Yes, that is so" or "Yes, so that is"?
