    standing in fifty years' time

I'm not sure What the following in red is saying.

I do know that we are all trying to learn in a rapidly changing environment and that the winners will be the ones who have the best relationships with the fans. That might be the creators. It might be the retailers..... It is all up in the air. Those who learn the new skills and grasp the new opportunities will be the ones still standing in fifty years' time.

    Thank you.

In the future... you know, like, in 50 years.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
