RE : Request for two years multiple entry schengen visa

We xxxxxx company for engineering and constructions extend our best greeting with appreciation and good wishes.

Regarding the above subject we request the honorable consul to grant a two year multiple entry schengen visa for our General Manager of xxxxx company Mr. xxxxxxxxx, a xxxxx citizen holding passport no. (xxxxxxxx). The purpose for seeking the above visa through your Consulate is to travel to xxxxxx as a first destination. Our company guarantees and takes complete responsibility of all the proceedings and travel expenses.

The first thing you need to do is correct the spelling of the visa you are applying for. It's "Schengen" (and yes, you must capitalise it).

In post #2 I very clearly said that "Schengen" must be capitalised. Did you miss that part? There was no need to write your entire post again. Click on the Edit Post button and make the relevant changes.
