    disclaimer e-mail

Since my company operates abroad i need to add a English disclaimer to my e-mails. However i fully realize that my English is far from perfect so i would like to ask those of you who have a very strong grasp of the language to review my disclaimer. Here it is:

This e-mail and possible appendices is/are exclusively intended for the adressee(s).
All of our recommendations are/have been based on the legislation, which are/were applicable at the time at which they are/were made.
This mail may contain confidential information. We advise you to archive this e-mail separately from your own administration.

    Many thanks,
    T.Penders

It all sounds fine except the last sentence. I don't know what that is supposed to mean.

    Re: disclaimer e-mail

Normally, a company has a standard disclaimer at the end of all its emails. Are you the person specifically responsible for creating one in English for everyone who emails abroad to use?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
