    but/although/however

    Which are correct:

    1-She waited for him all night, but he did not show up.
    2-She waited for him all night, however he did not show up.
    3-She waited for him all night, although he did not show up.
    4-She waited for him all night, nevertheless he did not show up.


    I use 1. I think 4 is OK. I do not like 3.
