[General] What kind of British accent

Dear teachers

I have attached a voice recording of my British friend, who wants me to guess which part in the UK he is from. I really have no idea, and I would like to seek help from you, and see if you can give me some hints and insights.

There's nothing about the pronunciation that is associated with any particular region- it's RP, so the speaker could in theory be from anywhere in the UK.
