    Cool Adverb Placement

    Hello,

In a "school report" context, can you tell me if "now" is properly placed in the following sentence please?

"Jessica is now ready for the intermediate level".

    Thanks a lot.

    Will

    Re: Adverb Placement

Yes. You could also place it after 'ready' or after 'level'.

It would still be grammatical, though less natural, to place it before or after 'Jessica'.
