Unhappy Comma Questions, Please help with job application

I am applying to a job and was hoping someone could help answer some comma questions for me. I have some learning disabilities, and I cannot seem to figure out if the following to sentences are OK with regards to commas. 1. My attention to detail combined with skills in troubleshooting and managing multiple projects simultaneously, produces timely, consistent, and accurate results. 2. I also have strong writing skills, necessary for maintaining detailed records and communicating scientific findings. In the first sentence, I am not sure if I need a comma before combined (as I think it is restrictive to the meaning of the sentence). In the second sentence, I am not sure if I need a comma at all. Thanks to anyone that helps!

Sentence 1. You do need a comma before "combined". I don't see it restricting the meaning at all.
Sentence 2. Again, you do need a comma after "skills". Alternatively, you could re-write the first part of the sentence as "I also have the strong writing skills necessary for maintaining..."
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....

Note that you are applying for a job, not to a job.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
