A company owns buses that is responsible for driving university students/female teachers to schools.

I'd call that a 'bus company'. Others may have different ideas, but I don't think you'll find anyone who would call it a ' .... school'.

A shuttle operates on a schedule between various points. Some colleges and universities own their own equipment and operate a shuttle and others charter equipment for this type of work. A charter indicates that the company which owns the equipment provides drivers, fuel and insurance. On a large campus there may be a shuttle which will take students from area to area.

In the US there are school bus companies and school districts which take younger children (from the first grade through high school) to and from school. I am not aware of any college or university which operates in the same manner as a school district does. College and university students usually get to their campus alone.
