    Smile My One vs Mine

    Dear English Teachers,

Please is this sentence grammatically correct? "This is my one". "You can have my one"

I had an argument with my colleague today and he seems to think the above is grammatically correct.

    All input will be appreciated!

N.B- This is a very common use of English is the UK.

    Welcome to the forum.

Please see my corrections and comments above in red.

Your two sentences are not grammatically incorrect but they're probably not the most natural choice. However, context is always important so please give us a context or a suggested dialogue in which the sentences might be used.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
