    Anyone else see what happened

What's the difference in meaning of the following sentences?

    Anyone else see what happened.
    Or
    Anyone else saw what happened.

    Thanks

Re: Anyone else see what happened

    Neither is a correct sentence.

You may mean 'Anyone else see what happened?', which you may hear in converstion for 'Did anyone else see what happened?'.
