    pair

Crique du Soleil is an amazing circus show that pairs incredible feats of strength and balance with dazzling costumes and sets.

Would you please help me understand the meaning of 'pair' in this statement? Thanks,

    Re: pair

    It joins them together.
It unites them into one show.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Oh, I thought 'balance' is a verb here, but now I got it that balance is a noun and it is a part of the expression 'feats of strength and balance.'
    Thanks,
