    They are all possible.

    Re: Proper adjective order

There are 6 different possible orders of these 3 adjectives. All of them are equally valid.
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....

    Re: Proper adjective order

The University of Victoria has a web based writing form proposing prescribed order for adjectives, hence my question.

Wouldn't the art of prose dictate the order?

Shouldn't the author determine order based of how they want the reader to think?

Possibly, but that doesn"t change the fact that all of your examples are OK.

There are many web sites that have suggested orders. The overlying principle is that the adjective most closely/intimately related to the noun comes last. And the next closest comes next to last. In your example, none has priority in my opinion, so any order will do.
