Is "lives" suitable for the following sentence?

    Hello, teachers.

Is the following grammartical and acceptable?

    1. She lives here for three years.

Is #1 usually written as follows?

    2. She has lived / has been living here for three years.

In addition, if #1 is grammatical and acceptable, would you let me know the meaning of it?

Thank you very much for your advice for this.

#1 is not normal. Either form in #2 is acceptable.
