    Do you ever?

In questions like "Do you ever eat pizza at breakfast?', can I simply answer 'Yes, I do"? Or it is necessary to say something like "Yes, sometimes"? What's the difference between " Do you ever eat pizza at breakfast?" and "Do you eat pizza at breakfast?"?

Yes, you can answer 'Yes, I do'. You can just answer 'Yes.'

There's no significant difference between the last two questions.
