    do as well?

    Hello, teachers.

Would you take a look at the following?

I imgine a contest between my efforts and age's invations. I know, of course, who the winner will be; the thrill of the contest is seeing how long I can delay its victory. The signs I watch for more closely are not the obvious ones but the negative ones, the little things I can no longer do, ordo as well. The weakening of the body. So far there is little and I would not, at this point at least, dream of naming any specific things.

I'm not sure what "do as well" means in this case.

Would you let me know the meaning of the phrase "do as well"?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

The "do as well" goes with "the little things I can no longer ...". There was no need to repeat the phrase but what it means is "... the little things I can no longer do, or the little things I can no longer do as well as I used to be able to".

I assume the word in your first sentence was meant be "invasions".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Thank you very much for the instructions, emsr2d2.
Besides, the word you pointed out is certainly invasions!

    Thanks again,
    yam.
