I hope you enjoyed your vacation.

When your friend comes back from a voacation, what is the best and warming greeting you had better use, please?

I hope you enjoyed your voacation. However, it seems long.

I have corrected it. Thank you.

It's fine, but it is "vacation".

Saying you hoped it was good and that it seemed like they were away a long time can't be the "best and warmest" greeting you can think of, surely! Also "it seems long" is unnatural.

"Welcome back! I've missed you so much. It feels like you've been gone forever. It's fantastic to see you."
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I assumed the "However it seems long" referred to the length of his statement. Different stokes.
