Question "How can I use the right one, verb or phrasal verb for these sentences? "

    Hi all,

He's always (1) ............. .... some electric pieces late at night! Sometimes it really (2) ............... .... me!

    (1) = when He or she plays or sings a song very loudly
    (2) = when a sound annoys me very badly

The middle of you sentence is not clear. What do you mean by "electric pieces"? Are you referring to musical instruments, a radio, a stereo? And how would one sing "electric pieces"?
