Grammar about grammatical terms: THE and Tense names?

    Hello,

Do we use "the" with Tense names? Do we need the word "tense" if we use "the"?

    a) We use the Present Simple when we talk about facts and routines.
    b) We use Present Simple when we talk about facts and routines.
    c) We use the Present Simple Tense when we talk about facts and routines.

    Which is correct?

    Thank you.

    Nawee

    a) and c) would be correct if you changed all the capital letters into lower case (except for 'We').
