"I could gain a lot of benefits from attending education conferences such as............................ "

Dear teachers,
Is my sentence correct or natural?

Thanks.

Correct but not natural. It'd be better to make 'benefit' a verb: 'I could benefit greatly (or some other adverb) from ...'

Do we benefit things? Like "I could benefit a lot of things such as.............................. from.............. "

Is it okay?

Benefit can be used transitively, but not in your construction.

When someone benefits something, the thing is benefited. You are looking for benefits for you.

Then, "I could benefit from attending educational conference", is it okay? If it is not, would you please give me the natural expression? I find very dificulty to use the word "benefit".

Thank you.

Almost OK. In your original, "conferences" was plural. That would work here. If you want to use the singular, you need an article (an) before "educational". Your use of "benefit" was correct.
