    Using "such as" properly

    Is this use of "such as" correct?

    Many companies that pay well such as Microsoft and Google have very educated staff.

    (Disregard the meaning of this sentence - I'm just talking about the grammar)

    The grammar is correct, but you need commas before and after "such as Microsoft and Google".
