    Are these sentences correct?

    Have you have your door painted?
    Had you have your door painted?

    Neither is correct.

    Have you had your door painted?
    Had you had your door painted?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
