    Hello again!

    The whole sentence reads as follows: If required connect up compressed air supply for engine room working air system, over and above requirements of the Yard.

    Does "over and above requirements of the Yard" mean "in addition to the Yard's requirements?

    Yes, it does. There are a couple of problems with the sentence though. First, there should be a comma after "required". Second, there should be an article before "compressed" and before "engine". Presumably, the person reading it knows what the requirements of the "Yard" are and why they are relevant.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
