Did not scheduled so fare ..... seals to be renewed by Maker

    Hello everybody!

    The whole sentence is:

Did not scheduled so fare, but subject of inspection result and GL request, CPP blade foot seals to be renewed by Maker.

I do not think the sentence is properly built in terms of grammar, but I would like to know what it might mean.

I think I know what it means, but I may be wrong.

Something has not been scheduled so far, but CPP blade foot seals are to be renewed by Maker provided that the inspection result is available and on condition that there is GL request.

"Subject of inspection result and GL request" should be expressed as "Subject to inspection result and GL request".

What is your opinion on that?

    Thank you.

It's an awful sentence, but I think you are right in your interpretation of it.
