    what is meaning of 2013-02-E/M/B

Hi. my name is tack and I wonder what is the meaning of E/M/B in 2013-02-#
at first, I thought E is "End", M is "Middle" and B is "Biginning".
but I found the expression, "at the early of month". so I am confused.
what is meaning of E? is it "early or end"
and can I use 2013-02-L (late).

I will wait for your kind answer.
    Thank you.

    Welcome to the forum.

We need more context. Where did you see "2013-02-E/M/B"? Note that "at the early of month" is completely ungrammatical.

Note my corrections in red to your post. Remember to start every new sentence with a capital letter.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
