You are a source of confusion.

You are a source of confusion. I have a plenty of work to be done today. So, please donít do this again. Thanks.

I want to write this to someone who causes me tension. Is it correctly written, grammatical, and meaningful?

The sentence "You are a source of confusion" is a source of confusion itself. I would delete that if I were you.

Re: You are a source of confusion.

Informally, you could use something like You do my head in. If that is too slangy, how about using You are disturbing/bothering (or other tense/form) me?

Re: You are a source of confusion.

You could also say "You are a nuisance".
