I don't know the exact rule of using infinitives in my sentences and my friends say I usually use many TO in my sentences!!
ex: " I usually go holiday to enjoy my life" or " I wish I was able to pass the courses" , ...

That is a very broad question. Infinitives can be used as nouns and modifiers (adverbs and adjectives). I suggest that you use a search engine to find pages about infinitives. Here is one to get you started: http://www.chompchomp.com/terms/infinitivephrase.htm

In addition please note these corrections:

I don't know the exact rule for using infinitives in my sentences; my friends say I usually use too many.
For example: "I usually go on holiday to enjoy my life" or "I wish I were able to pass the courses".
    Where should I use infinitives?

[Watch your spacing around punctuation marks.]

eli, please end your sentences with a correct punctuation mark instead of a homemade emoticon.

You can use the icon to add a smiley.
