    A/no A

I have always been sure that it is correct to say: I have A headache.

Recently I stumbled upon a sentence in a text-book with no A: I have headache.

Is it also possible or just a mistake?

    Thank you in advance.

Instead of writing a new post to say Thank you, shatilof, just click on 'Thank'. It saves everybody's time.
