    properly/probably

This computer doesn’t work properly. I am skilled in using computer and I am certain it is not working the way it should be.

This computer doesn’t work probably. I am not skilled here but it seems that it is not working.

    Does that interpretation work?

No.If you think that the computer does not work, you can say "This computer probably doesn't work". Your computer skills are irrelevant.
