How to reply with permission to have my name on list?

I have received an email asking for if I would like to have my name on a list, how can I reply with this permission? Like, please out my name on the list? Sounds weird though!

    Thanks,

Can you give more of the context, please?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Re: How to reply with permission to have my name on list?

I'm not a teacher nor a native speaker.
I want to note that "how to reply..." it's not a question, the question is "how can I reply...?".
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.

Re: How to reply with permission to have my name on list?

Well my professor sent me an email saying with my consent he would be allowed to list my name on our school's honor's list. I have no idea how to reply.

Re: How to reply with permission to have my name on list?

"I would be very pleased to be included on the honor's list. Thank you very much."

(Double check that it's really "honor's list" - in the US, it's the Dean's List in college and in high school it's the "Honor Roll." You may have it exactly right, but just double check.)

Re: How to reply with permission to have my name on list?

If you want to be very formal "I hereby give my consent to my name being included on the honor's list".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

You could decline by saying I would prefer not to be included on the list.
