    as

Could anyone please help me with this phrase?
I can understand the sentence as it would write like the pharse below, I just can't understand the meaning of "as" here.
The hydrocarbon and volcanic tremor signals show the same behavior
including the oscillations at intermediate and constant behavior at higher lags.

The hydrocarbon and volcanic tremor signals show the same behavior as the Lorenz attractor, including the oscillations at intermediate and constant behavior at higher lags.

    Thanks

    Re: as

Is it possible that "the Lorenz attractor" and "the hydrocarbon and volcanic tremor signals" show the same behavior, including..."?
