    I'm stuck beside Rob

What does this mean in terms of lockers?

30)On the first day of school the homeroom teacher assigns us our lockers..
"Hey Kelly, your locker in next to mine!"
"Jackie, will you trade lockers with me? I want to be next to Nick!"
"Oh, no, I'm stuck beside Rob!"

It sounds as if the person's locker is next to Rob's locker. Because of the word "stuck", the speaker does not appear to be pleased about that.
