Neither the word "soft" nor the word "tennis" is of Asian origin as far as BrE speakers are concerned. Many people who aren't interested in tennis might not have heard of it, but most tennis clubs offer soft tennis events for younger children.

Thank you, ems.
:-D
I meant the combination of "soft" and "tennis".
This was all I was able to find by putting the two words in the search box.: http://www.onelook.com/?w=soft+tennis&lang=&ls=a
If you had put "soft tennis" into Google, you would have got many more hits, including this one: http://www.softtennis.org.uk/. That would have told you that we have soft tennis in the UK.
Putting combinations of words into dictionary websites rarely comes up with complete results. Try Google first.
