'his' or him' in the following sentence

    Hi All,

Should I use 'his' or 'him' in the sentence: 'I hope one day I can reach the high standards of him/his.'?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

'I hope one day I can reach the high standards of his.'

Possesive pronoun should be used here.

Re: 'his' or him' in the following sentence

    It's not a natural sentence.
    ...his high standards.
    ...the high standards he set(s).
