    In one of your earlier posts, ems wrote this:

    You must understand that it is important to capitalise and punctuate your posts properly. We want to see that you are trying very hard to write English correctly. Follow these rules of written English:

    - End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
    - Always capitalise the word "I".

    and in another I wrote this:

    aghayerad, please note that a better title would have been My mail comes through the mail slot...
