[Grammar] I am bit confusion when i am writing a email using "was" and past tense.

Hi,

Here I am writing simple email. Please correct me if i am wrong.

I was completed my work yesterday and i have sent an email to manager.
He has reviewed and suggested that some changes in form designing.
I have updated fields as per your requirement.

How about:

I completed my work yesterday and I sent an email to the manager.

He reviewed it and suggested some changes in the design of the form.
I have updated the fields as required.

If you are talking about the part where Tdol suggested "I completed", there is no way to use "was" in that sentence.

I completed my work ...
I have completed my work ...
I had completed my work ...

If you want to change the beginning of the sentence, you could say "My work was completed yesterday".
