Hi All,

I am new to this forum, need some help on this. Also new learner to English, please guide :)

If I have to write a person about a confirmation of room bookings via email.

Sender: I need two rooms to be booked on my name, please confirm the bookings.

Should I reply?
1. Your bookings are been done.

2. Your bookings have been done.

Regards,

Nadeem

Hello, nadeem.:-D
Welcome to UsingEnglish.com.

How about:
"Your request for a booking/bookings has been confirmed."

Your "are been" version is not grammatical, and please note that it's 'difference'.
I hope my response will be of some assistance to you.

Thank you for the suggestion, this will surely help. :)

It will also be helpful if could throw more light on the sentences I had referred to.

Hello, again.:-D

The word you should use in your sentences is 'confirmed'. I don't think 'done' would work in them.
As I said in post #2, "are been" is not grammatical:

Your request is confirmed. (Present Simple)
Your request is being confirmed. (Present Continuous/Progressive)
Your request has been confirmed. (Present Perfect)

I hope this post will shed some light on your query.
