forceful evidence - the right collocation?

I've searched through many dictionaries but I seem not to be able to find the above phrase idiomatic. Is it the right collocation? Does forceful evidence equal solid evidence?
    Thanks

Does 'forceful evidence' equal 'solid evidence'?
Yes, it does. The first dictionary I looked at seems to cover it:

    forceful

    adj
    • powerful
    • persuasive or effective

    (Collins)

It's an odd combination of words to me.

It's definitely not a common collocation and sounds odd to me too. Clear/strong/conclusive/hard/overwhelming, etc, would work for me.

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
