    Dear Emr2d2 Thank you for correcting me. I found this question in internet in test "Your language skill" I think, that right answere number 3, but I am not sure?
    Is this homework?

    I think they are all grammatical though #4 doesn't specify "to whom?".

    You've chosen "Present Perfect (Passive)". It's not "Present Perfect Continuous".
    Only #3 is natural. A native speaker would not say 1, 2, 4.

    "I was given" is possible I think.
