Is this homework?

No, it is not. Just test in internet..

Yes, #3 is correct. Please make an effort to use correct capitalisation.

You've chosen "Present Perfect (Passive)". It's not "Present Perfect Continuous".
Only #3 is natural. A native speaker would not say 1, 2, 4.
