    Are you referring?

Teacher, are these sentence OK? I am trying to make a sentence with "Are you referring to?"

I am writing this letter for clarification. I received a letter from your office requesting us to get records from XXXX Company regarding Mary Ang. XXXX Company is an insurance company. Are you referring to insurance records? If so, please confirm.
