    What does 'She's welcome' mean in this context?

    Hi. would you please tell me what the phrase 'she's welcome ' mean in this context?

    A: She is preparing a new presentation, and she wants to use these pictures.
    B. She's welcome to use my scanner.

    It means she is being invited to use the scanner. The owner of the scanner has no problem with letting her use it.
