    Given that your title is "tentative step", I assume those are the words (or that is the phrase) giving you trouble. Have you looked up "tentative" and "step" in a dictionary? What did you find? Have you looked up "to take a step/to take steps"?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    If you are talking about getting in shape, delete the word "the" before "fitness".
