    Do you mean, "The question of when to meet you and when not alway preys on my mind"? If so, the question seems an unusual one to prey on one's mind.

    I know my original sentence is meaningless. But what i want to know is that if there is any structure like this " this question has always bothered me that...". Beginning with this question and then followed by subordinate clause.
