"This question always preys on my mind that when to meet you and when not."
Is this structure correct
I want to mean is the structure this question followed by subordinate clause grammatically correct or not
Do you mean, "The question of when to meet you and when not alway preys on my mind"? If so, the question seems an unusual one to prey on one's mind.

I know my original sentence is meaningless. But what i want to know is that if there is any structure like this " this question has always bothered me that...". Beginning with this question and then followed by subordinate clause.
